These terms govern use of EucloudHost services, billing, renewals, acceptable use, and account responsibilities.
Services and Billing
Services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Renewal dates, pricing, discounts, and taxes are shown at checkout and on invoices.
Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended for abuse, non-payment, or policy violations. Suspension does not always mean immediate deletion of the service or its data. In some cases, data may remain stored on our systems for a limited retention period.
If the customer pays for renewal or reactivation during that retention period, we may restore the hosting service using the data still available on our systems. However, data recovery or full restoration is not guaranteed if any content has already been deleted, overwritten, corrupted, or permanently removed.
If a suspended hosting account remains stored on our servers and has not been deleted, we reserve the right to require payment for the full period during which the suspended account, retained data, or related server resources remained stored or reserved. Reactivation may also require payment of all outstanding fees before service is restored.
We reserve the right to permanently terminate services and remove stored data where necessary to protect infrastructure, enforce our policies, or comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Support is provided through the customer dashboard support center and other listed contact channels. Response times vary by issue severity and plan level.
